IBX Services are a trustful team of professionals who know how to handle properly emergency restoration works. I fully endeavor these guys for their qualitative services and emergent response.

Working with them is quite possibly one of the worst experiences in my life. They are working on a project for me that has taken over 7 months. They are unresponsive when you ask for project updates and documentation. Further, they do not provide any sort of project timelines. This company is unprofessional and a complete joke.

We had a flood in our building this past weekend and to say the least we were very upset to wake up to water in our unit. We have had several floods in the building however, this is the first time we have dealt with IBX Services. There was alot of damage to our unit and the crew was fanatic and the project manager actually took the time to explain what her crew would be doing in our unit the next couple of days. Thanks IBX for a great job!!!

Floors needed to be replaced after IBX failed to install the sewage line to our kitchen and said it was fine to start using the water. We lived for 1.5-2 months with buckled floors before they came and ripped them out to replace them..... in June. Turns out that IBX are have no clue what they are doing since they never had anything to replace the floors with and they don't have any of the supplies in order. It is now September 6th and we have yet to hear anything about an update about the flooring. Most recent message: "We will be attending next week to replace the soap dish". no words on the progress with the floors whatsoever. if you get the choice of hiring contractors in the event of a water or fire event, DO NOT even think about hiring IBX. Full of lies and broken promises. Like Brendon O'Toole said, we had the fire in November, and we are still living in the remnants of it because of this companies incompetency. Edit: it is now November 5th - floors were finally installed sometime in the beginning of October, with the installer saying someone will come in the same week to fix the floorboard trim and chalking. Never happened and we've counted our loses on this renovation as a whole. i would like to conclude this by stating that we had our whole condo renovated from a fire in late 2018. It will be one year from the event next week and the whole experience with this company was slow and excruciating.

* DO NOT RECOMMEND* IBX came on three occasions to service our condo-unit. Firstly, they did an air-testing based on which they issued a memo to us and condo management that actually did not match their findings. That lead to confusion with us and condo-management and the need for second and third service. Secondly, IBX team came for mold remediation of our bathroom, which proved to be small job and done reasonably well. Thirdly, hoping we are hiring professionals, we hired them for insulation removal due to mold concerns in our AC units. We paid fully in advance pressured on time. Actually no mold was found (contrary to their letter) and work has been partially executed. Our concerns were raised on few times but not addressed - at this point we consider a follow-up claim action. OVERALL: DO NOT RECOMMEND to any home owner as IBX creates a perception of inflexible, non-customer-focused company with poor communication between the team onsite and managers - resulting in high probability of not getting what you ask for.

The service of IBX service is just a jock! I called the project coordinator several times and every time he promised me he will follow up and call me back for the fixing status. However, he never did that and just ignored me. I cannot believe how this service can survive in the market.

If you are looking for the best and fastest work done....AVOID THIS PLACE. My condo unit caught on fire last November 27 2018. Now the only thing that was basically destroyed was the kitchen but everything else was either smoke damaged or water damaged. The floors needed replacement, the walls had to be un-smoked and the cupboards needed to be made again. Now it's a 1 bedroom unit...and it's still not done. I have seen houses frames and bigger units get done faster then this. They finally just put in the hard wood after 5 months of waiting and they put in partially finished cabinetry. The only light in here is a bathroom light. if it were up to me I would have chosen a better company that works for me and not for themselves. This company chooses to do other jobs instead of finishing yours. I just want this to be done and over with. I will keep this updated till the condo is done so that you have a better idea of what to do. And if the company is reading this: Please focus on one job at a time and finish this once and for all. It's real simple. Edit 1: I also wanted to add that the communication is horrible. We have been lied to multiple times. The project manager deren smith is almost impossible to get ahold of and to me that's a smack in my face. How are you to have a business but not care of your customers satisfaction. Well again I will keep this updated. Edit 2: Ladies and gentlemen it is now July 9 2019 and believe it or not...they are still not done this 700 sq foot unit. It has basically been an year almost and they are taking their sweet sweet time. Not only have they been taking forever they actually forgot to connect the water pipe under the sink and told us it was okay to use the utilities but guess what happened...water all over the brand new hard wood floors again. But now they are still taking their time on the floors, the tiles (that I dont know how the hell they could have hired someone that has no idea to what they are doing but they did) literally the tiles in the kitchen is doing the wave...yeah they are that misplaced. Again I cannot tell you what to do but again. AVOID THIS PLACE AS IF IT WAS A PLAGUE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! I do not want anyone else going through this. By the way I am going to post more pictures and videos for you to see how long it takes this company to accomplish something...incompetence at it's best.

We had an exceptional all around workmanship experience from the IBXworking crews involving electrical, plumbing and carpentry. Also, the staff have been very helpful. I could only feel obligated that I should spread the words around to tell the would be future customers that they are so professional in handling panic customers.
