My sister and I had back to back appointments with them since we live 5 minutes apart. We told them our mom was coming in for both appointments and we were keeping the afternoon open for them. 1.5 hours before the appointment they cancelled both appointments! On top of cancelling, she hung up on us. Totally unprofessional and they had no respect for our time. Avoid at all cost

The team at Precision Landscaping was excellent to work with. Martin provided us with some great suggestions to add privacy to our sitting area and designed a beautiful front garden to enhance our overall curb appeal. He was always available to speak and adjust the plans if needed. George and the team were also great to work with and completed the project in a short time. We appreciate the additional follow ups after the completion of the job as well to ensure all of our trees and shrubs were doing well. Thank you Martin and team!

We have seen Precision signs everywhere in our neighbourhood for years and wanted to go with a reputable, long-standing company for our backyard work. We are glad that we did, as they have went over and above our expectations for QUALITY, customer service, cleanliness, attention to detail and efficiency. Even during this pandemic with the shortage of stones and materials, Steve kept us in the loop every step of the way. Steve was amazing!! He would come onsite twice a day and really has an eye for design, as well as functionality. Nick, the foreman was also great! He was professional, hard working and built a BEAUTIFUL stone firepit and bench! Precision also re-sodded the grass that was damaged due to the stones that were on the lawn at no cost and cleaned our front driveway so that there was no mess of gravel or dirt. Precision definitely is top notch quality and got the job done in 2 weeks for us to enjoy during this pandemic. Thank you guys!!!

My wife and I had very high expectations from this company based on the reviews we read on HomeStars. I met with Martein in June 2019 and although I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of the overall design, Martein's constant reference to 'details, details' along with their many 10/10 reviews made me feel comfortable that the work would be done to my satisfaction as I am a fairly picky homeowner. Although I had a plan prepared and a clear vision of what I wanted, I did expect that as professionals, Martein and his team would take some responsibility for the finer details of the project. Delays for the permit approval aside, once the work commenced, Martein was not easy to deal with. He did not appreciate questions of any sort and was extremely defensive. Although the deck and stone patio were completed without much issue, the pergola did suffer quite a bit as my belief is that this was toward the end of the project, and after numerous frustrations with Martein, I believe he wanted to wrap the project up as quickly as possible to move on. Pergola concrete piers - Although eventually corrected after much arguing, initially 16" diameter sonotubes were installed that would sit 6" above the stone patio. There would be four of these monstrosities at the base of the 8x8 posts installed. Luckily this was caught and questioned before the concrete was poured. When questioned, Martein replied with 'We are following the permit drawings'. When asked for a solution that would be more visibly pleasing, again I was told 'We are following the permit drawings. You approved the drawings and this is how we have to build it.' Understanding that the approved drawings must be followed and that I did review the drawings but did not catch this detail, would it not be up to a professional with experience to advise that this is not a satisfactory detail from the start? Who would want these to be exposed? Had I not raised this as a concern, the work would have been completed as is, and we would have ended up with four enormous concrete piers protruding from our patio. Pergola joists - Less than two months after the project was completed, the pergola joists which span over 14'-0" with no intermediate support have begun to twist and warp. When Martein was contacted, I received a reply indicating that β€˜on more expensive pergolas’ perpendicular 2x2s are installed to provide rigidity. I was told that β€˜our pergola is very high’ and that it would take two workers to complete the job at $1,700. Again, I was told that I approved the drawings. $1,700 to fix a freshly completed pergola that should have been built to address this future issue as best as possible, regardless of how cheap or expensive it is. We are now stuck trying to obtain a contractor who will rebuild the top half of the pergola when this should have been built correctly in the first place. Two contractors have told us that the 14' span requires an intermediate support to be added. I suppose I should have completed my own calculations and noticed this problem before I approved the drawings, and not assume that this is something Martein and his team at Precision should be aware of. Martein openly said that I was one of the worst clients he has had to deal with - I guess this company is unable to work with homeowners who know what they want. Much of their clientele is in Kleinberg and Vaughan, so I assume this was a low budget project in Brampton for them. Precision - It is not fair to put the onus on your client to determine all errors on the drawings with respect to smaller construction detailing, regardless of their experience. You are being paid to provide a service and quality work. If you are unable to complete the work satisfactorily based on the price, then the homeowner should be made aware of what will suffer and what corners will be cut. Our expectations of this company are far diminished and we would never recommend Precision nor return for any future work.

Great customer service and staff. Highly recommend any of their services. They had the most reasonably priced quote and was the most knowledgable. They started the project within a week of receiving the quote and finished on time. Our backyard looks beautiful! Thank you guys for your work? We're super happy.

Precision Landscaping just finished the work at my home. Our interlock driveway and walkway was completely uneven and looked terrible. They removed all of the stones, cleaned them, put a new proper base in and then put all of the stones back. They also removed our grass and put all new in. Their work is excellent. Our home looks great. Their entire team is professional and a pleasure to work with. Our neighbours commented on how clean and efficient they are.

We worked with precision in the summer of 2020 and are stunned with the results of our new lawn. Our project manager was detail oriented and appreciative of our concerns. Overall we would definitely support Precision again and would happily recommend their team. I've attached a photo of the lawn.
