★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our first home with Crystal Glen a few years ago. Rob is very easy to talk to but be careful, he will promise you all kinds of extras without willing to put them in the contract, and he will not live up to his word. I had a few problems with my home afterwards, nothing major, but I had to fix many problems myself. Steve is a nice guy (owner's son in law so vested interest in making as much profit as possible). house closed one month late, and we moved in without any countertops in place. The reason I only gave them 2 stars is because construction is extremely cheap.
