Even if I'm talking to someone that doesn't know the answer because it's not their department, I am promptly redirected to the correct person. So excited for my unit to be completed in Montebello!

Now they are again asking for pre-approval after 2 years which was already provided earlier.....worst experience would suggest others to becateful before buying homes through Maryfel homes :(

I provided a pre approval letter in April 2021 and now being asked by May 6, 2022 to supply again within the cure period. I have tried to call the office in Vaughan, I have sent 3 emails and nobody has bothered to reply. This is very unprofessional service and now reading other reviews I can see I am not the only one. N	Naresh Jugurnauth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello home buyers, For those of you who has bought a house with marydel homes and facing issues with their unethical behaviour, lack of response kindly log a complaint through the HRCA who issue licenses to these builders and allow them to operate. My experience has been that they are contradicting their own agreement of purchase and sale. I have email communications of them providing payment options in line with their agreement and later contradicting themselves. Or using cheap tactics of requiring a mortgage approval letter over and over again only to turn you down. Why? Like many other home owners, the house i bought has doubled in price. Hence, kicking you out of this agreement using any kind of measures allows them to profit from your investment. Don't stress or be fooled. Contact the HRCA and lodge a complaint against them. Hire a lawyer if needed. They will bear the cost of close to 80% based on what I'm understanding so far as in most cases they are operating on people's fear and/or reluctance to seek professional legal help.

We had some slight delay from Covid, but the house was delivered in excellent condition.Thank you Marydel for a beautiful home for my family.

As per agreement in the Artisan Ridge Thorold phase 2 closing date was September 2021. 6 months passed now, they didn't start any ground work yet. Our money and time is wasting if you book a house with marydel home. Very irresponsible builder.
