★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently renting from Sunfield in Simcoe ON and it is the ABSOLUTE WORST renting experience I've ever had. Construction is poor, nothing happens on time and the sound barrier is nonexistent. My partner and I are the first tenants in this brand new apartment and discovered mould two months later. So much mould we were temporarily moved out for a month. Mould is a huge hassle, but the worst part was having to deal with our incompetent property manager, who shall remain nameless but his info is on the website and he is also a Remax agent in Simcoe. He rarely ever responds to email, he failed to keep us informed about what was going on in our apartment, how long the process would take, what the process was, how they were going to prevent it from happening again etc etc. I complained higher up to Larry, and I had to follow up repeatedly and all I got was an apology three months later! The apology wasn't even written by Larry or the property manager, but by the construction manger, who seems to be the only person doing something. I'm not even sure 'Larry' exists, since he has yet to acknowledge me. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat your tenants, who pay rent! My advice to anyone considering renting from Sunfield, don't do it. The place make appear nice and affordable, but it is certainly not worth the trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Sales Rep was exceptional and our second builder/site superintendent was great to work with too! The quality and attention to detail all the way down to the ground was exceptional and communication during the last few weeks of the build process was simply wonderful. Definitely recommend Sunfield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUNFIELD homes has been absolutely amazing, I purchased a house in they're Markdale project. Everything went absolutely great, wonderful staff, super professional team. I had such a great experience. I am currently looking to buy a new build with their upcoming projects! Highly recommend Sunfield for Pre construction.
