★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispatch is great, but pays are not that good. It’s all about how much you want, if you want more then 10 grands as O/O, stay away from this company. Also once you worked here, when you are leaving, there’s a bad reference waiting for you from them. Does matter how hard you are working for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stay away from this company because of unprofessional city dispatch if you are a hard worker and want to earn good money. Because dispatch gives hours to his favourite drivers. city dispatch works on favouritism not acc to your work or skills. City dispatch panic too much and dont take responsivity for their own mistakes, blame everything to driver. All fake videos and reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a driver it's a good company to work for. They compensate and pay for all the time and work you do. They also have competent and knowledgeable mechanics here. Their YouTube videos about the do and don't in the trucking industry, life as a driver, owning and buying a truck are very informative. I was very surprised!

As my family trucking company is looking to expand, I was able to speak with Ronen who provided fantastic insight, analysis, and advice in regards to a number of questions I had about running a small trucking business. I would definitely recommend that anyone serious and just starting out in the trucking business run your thoughts and concerns by Ronen. He has a wealth of experience and expertise in the trucking industry and was able to provide invaluable, cost-cutting, revenue -generating advice. It is definitely in your best interest to take advantage of the opportunity to speak with a consummate professional, and to do business with such a well run company. Just my $0.02!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last year my husband Marc and I have worked for a few different trucking companies but none were really a good fit for us. We found ourselves unemployed and trying to figure out what to do next. There always seemed to be issues either with inconsistent pay, dispatchers, sitting between loads and or lack of maintenance on trucks and equipment. We are avid YouTube watchers and Marc came across ET Transports videos almost at the same time that I had seen their website while job searching. So of course we then binge watched their channel and found it to be very impressive and informative. The next morning we called and spoke with Ronan. With my husband having 20 years of experience and myself only having 1 he was willing to bring us on together. He said we could start right away arranged for us to come for a test drive and orientation and paid for us to stay in a hotel because we live 3 hours away. The whole process was great. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, all of our questions were answered, and we never felt like we were in the dark having to figure things out for ourselves. We have been on the road for a almost a month now, there is very little paperwork it’s all done by an app on our phone, our truck was sparkling clean and like new when given to us, our dispatcher Doug is awesome. We have our reloads even before we deliver most times so there’s no sitting. Recruiting , HR and Ronan have all followed up with us to see how we are doing and if have any complaints. For the first time we can actually say no everything is going great and we’re happy. Communication is key and there is a lot of it at this company. We have settled in and found a home here and are planning on staying.
