Make sure you book any moving equipment (blankets, plastic covers, bungee cords, etc.) Ahead of time.

β β β β β I really struggle to understand how other reviewers had such a bad experience with this location. My experience was great. Pick up and drop off was easy, customer service was great, we were even waived a late fee after a delay due to traffic. Overall I would definitely use this their services again.

β β β β β WORST U-HAUL SERVICE! Beware of this place! The two Chinese guys are scammers. If I could give them zero stars, I will. We were all set for moving today but it was cancelled because they were charging unreasonable prices that was not in the contract. We thought it will be hassle free because we already booked online. They should close this place! Thereβs no reason for them to continue if their service is substandard. If youβre a customer, I recommend finding a different service.

On my moving day my truck was apparently in an accident that morning but they made no effort to contact me before hand to tell me that my vehicle would be unavailable at that location. My reservation was moved twice(!) to a further location and (without telling me) delayed by an hour and 45 minutes, completely sidetracking my moving schedule.
