They do not stand by theirs parts, bought a toilet valve, installed it, valve was faulty and driped our entire trip. Went back with the valve, we told by parts person that nothing they could do as i didn't have my orginal recipt. I had to buy a new valve. Very poor service, i would have expected more.

Decided to buy a Pop up trailer and wanted a Rockwood Highwall. Problem is in Northern Ontario no one sells Rockwood. Decided to call McKenzie RV and they were excellent to deal with. David Pond was super to talk to, answering questions was no issue. Great communication. Drove 6 hours down to the dealership to pick up our new Pop Up. Tech Jason did an amazing and very thorough job on our Demo. Thanks so much for the pleasant buying experience. Talk to David next time you go in looking for a new RV.

Not a great experience. I have been trying to purchase a new trailer. Emailed originally and got a very fast reply, but sales person that replied just stopped replying to emails. Reached out a second time, set up a phone appointment with a different sales person.... they did not make the appointment,I took time away from work for this.

McKenzie trailers I highly recommend is the best place to go for all your travel trailer, and RV needs. We couldn't have had a more courteous, professional and caring experience in purchasing our trailer. They go the extra distance. We are so thrilled with our purchase. Customer service is definitely not something they're good at. Many staff we have dealt with are so rude and they're not timely in returning calls IF they even do. It's very clear they're all about making a sale, obviously, but they can work on their people skills and doing more to accommodate. Reviews are very consistent with similar concerns. RV selection is okay. To your reply: I'm not sure what my partner has to do with MY review. But please, don't tell me how he feels because I'm more likely to know than you. I personally have left Colleeen a message and and email and called many other times to speak with her so my partner and I could clarify a few things and never got a response back until this review. How convenient. My review is honest as is everyone else who has left the same review. That isn't just a coincidence. People are coming and spending thousands of dollars, at the very least staff can be a bit friendlier and return phone calls and emails.

McKenzie trailers takes your thousands then ignores you. Tried all last summer to get warranty work done. They tried 1 time to set appointment but I had to watch my mom that day. That was in July last year. Then they ignored me till October 1 week before park closes. I was so stressed trying to get work don't and was in tears many times. This year they finally sent someone out. A few issues were dealt with. Hot water tank did not work on electric from the get go. Kevin pulled out the fuse panel and wires all over. He had to come back a second time and finally fixed but now I have another shirt in the plugs on the back wall. They trip out and when I turn on fireplace lights flicker. Trailer door does not stay locked. I finally looked in the frame and it's all mangled in there. The recliners have bad water damage and the underneath looks like it was out in the dirt. Emailed Peter the owner and Tina warranty person nothing done. Peter totally ignored me. 1 slide is not straight it hangs down a bit. Will get worse over time. I have a list of things that need to be done. I was once again ignored and finally they sent email they are busy and when have someone in my area they will look at issues. If they don't make a appointment no one will just happen to be in the area. It's been a nightmare dealing with them. Would not send my worst enemy there. I developed a propane leak that was not there last year. I smell it inside and outside the trailer. I was told that was not their responsibility to repair that I would need to contact a gas person. But it could be a faulty tank that i didnt notice last year. I have 3 soft spots in the kitchen/living room area. All ignored.$48000 and a kick in the pants. I don't want him there because he caused 2 more issues that you refuse to honor.
