★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how to add another review but it gave me the option to edit so here goes. Second season and still learning but we had a very challenging long weekend in Hinton/Jasper. So many things went wrong but calling Grove RV was our life line. BIG thank you to Jason for taking our call and even follow-up on your day off. And to Ronnie helping us troubleshoot. Another special thank you to Nicole in service for getting our motorhome working again. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy an RV.
Just purchased an RV motorhome from Grove RV & Leisure. First time buyers and was very pleased with the service. From the sales representative Marty to the finance guy Jason very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. A very pleased customer ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was awesome. We have dealt with this pkace for over six years. They have everything you need. And things you never thought you needed but do when camping. Amber was super friendly and loved her personality and purple hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Don said he had the part so I started to make my way there 1.5hrs away, he didn't get my # and had went to get the part ready for me and realized the computer was wrong and they didn't have the part.... so he looked online and found my company phone # didn't reach me and called several other people in the company to please get ahold of me to let me know that he didn't have the part and saved me a long drive.
Thank you Don I really appreciated you're efforts to ensure I didn't make the trip in there for no reason. Above and beyond service in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a number of parts for a new to us trailer. I was dreading to get parts as the last experience I had with a different dealer was an experiance to say the least. This time was different. Dealt with Amber in parts who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to grab everything I needed off the shelf or from the warehouse right away. I was expecting to just order today but came home with everything I needed! Thanks for all your help Amber! I will be back in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a travel trailer here in 2011. Just looking over recent reviews. Things haven’t changed. Lol. The service work carried out on our unit was the same as the rest of the 1 star reviews on here. Same issues with the service department. These guys actually smashed our dining window on our unit, while it was in for service, and had the audacity to bill us for it. My family and I have been happier since we sold our travel trailer. Dealing with Paul at the time. Nothing appears to have changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just picked up our second RV from Grove RV. We had shopped many RV dealers in our local area of southern Alberta and found nothing that was equivalent to what we found in Spruce Grove. The units were in good condition and clean and the deals incomparable. Marty in sales was very approachable and showed endless patience with our tons of questions. Jason helped with warranty and again was so pleasant to deal with. Upon pick up, Warren did our walk thru and never in 5 units we have purchased before have we had such an extensive lesson on our unit. He was great. Tammy in parts was really nice and pleasant and welcoming. Probably the person that gets the least recognition is Sharon who details the units. Our unit was spotless and that to us was very very important. Sharon does an outstanding job!!! This dealership has been a total pleasure to deal with and we would totally recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, fun story. I was buying a used trailer, and Grove RV had by far the least inflated prices, so I put down a deposit the moment they asked. A week later, I went in to sign papers and finalize the deal. I was to pay the balance and they were to store the trailer until the snow melted. Fast forward 5 weeks, and life plans changed, even before the snow was gone. With one 30 second phone call, the deal was canceled, and our deposit refunded. I even offered to let them keep my deposit, as I felt bad for wasting their time. Grove RV refused to keep the deposit, even though I had technically purchased the trailer, and there was no obligation for them to do so. I was very impressed with this accommodation.
From Marty the salesman, who actually had a sense of humor, to the fun and outgoing Jason in finance, and even the other staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome, this was an exceptional consumer experience! When I am in the market for another RV, Grove RV will be my first stop.
