★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this store location on Saturday 25th January 2020 in the afternoon looking for waterproof work boots after going almost everywhere else and having no real luck. Most were too chunky, bad designs or uncomfortable with not much of a selection. Mr. Safety Shoe had a pretty good selection and the staff that were there (3 men) were VERY helpful and polite, not pushy. After having my feet measured and only a few minutes of trying different boots on, I found exactly what I was looking for, thanks to the staff there. They were extremely helpful. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in looking for some non-conductive, non-slip, steel toe boots. The staff was very knowledgeable. kind, and helpful. They informed me that although the safety rating green triangle is there, some shoes have composite rather than steel toe protection. Ended up picking up a pair of fully black, steel toe, 6" boots that Im happy with and are pretty comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time writing a review on anything. Came to this place quite regularly to buy safety things whenever I needed one because of good service. After I got a call to pick up my order, after driving from downtown toronto,I arrived 10 mins before closing time to pick my thing up, the lady would not open the door or just even talk to grab my thing which dose not take too much time at all. Quite disappointing, and I would probably not come back anymore.
