★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great environment, Alana got me to cone in through social media, and Ahmed helped tour me around the gym. Lots of equipment, clean and manager David was great in getting me the best deal with 2 guests. So far so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never been to LA Fitness, but i had high hopes. Upon contacting the gym, I was assisted quickly and couldn't have asked for anything else. Alana was very kind and considerate and definitely deserves a raise. Great Gym for people who know what they're doing and just need reliable place to workout. 11/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to set up a membership/guest pass I received from one of their promotions. Asian man at the front desk told me to go to the waiting area and he'd help me in about 5min. About 15min later and he's been hanging around with another coworker at the front desk the entire time; talking, eating food, walking back and forth around the front, and ignored me the entire time I was in the waiting area. The gym wasn't even busy at the time (before 4pm), and he wasn't preoccupied with other work or guests either.
Fortunately never got around to setting anything up with this gym; wasted my time but saved my money and time in the future for a gym with proper staff and customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I were traumatized at this location. It’s already difficult for women to come to the gym without feeling judged or intimidated. On one occasion, my friend was teaching me proper form on the cable machine. 2 employees approached us firmly stating that outside personal trainers were not allowed. Despite us explaining that my friend was simply showing me proper form, they continued to berate us and insist that what we were doing was not allowed. You would think that a gym would encourage people to want to be safe and informed when using their equipment, but apparently they only want you to be safe if you’re paying for an LA fitness personal trainer. Shockingly, after explaining to the front desk what had occurred, nothing was done and no apology was offered. After this experience, both myself and my friend cancelled our memberships and never returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facility! I would give it a 5 if they had a better area for functional training/cross fit, with turf and a gym sled.
Can get crowded at pick hours.
Also, the dumbells are left all over the gym floor space but that's because people are careless.
Overall, I love working out there. Nice and clean change rooms/showers and I love the sauna and the swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gym with good environment. One of the better LA Fitness locations. People at the door are always nice. Sauna works almost all the time. Not too crowded with the exception of busy hours. Solid place!

I like how the man in the front desk always makes small jokes and wishes me a great day ahead. It truly makes my day. Plus, it’s not too busy in the mornings, so there! Consider me a regular ?
