★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to let you travellers know about this great travel agency I recently booked with. In the past we had looked at different agencies and was never happy with them. Sylvia was attentive, patient and not pushy. She explained our options and she even said do not book now think about it. As I explained more and more what we were looking for she spent more and more time in the background and coming back to me with more suggestions to meet my needs. She and her company were a pleasure to deal with and we booked with her agency. I will let you know how the actual trip goes but she has even thought of things I never thought of and I try to pay attention to detail. Please use this agency and do not have heart aches -- like in the news!

I have been dealing with them for more than 6 years , its important for me when i'm travelling to have my i dotted and my t's crossed, they do this for me. Booking with an agent is a benefit you get the personal touch that you need when your making a decision , things you need to bring, things you might forget , having an agent reminds you about everything. Our agent, Sylvia, was very knowledgeable about our destination and provided very good advice on all of our bookings. She was able to find good rates and options. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are first time cruiser, so picking the perfect travel agent is vital in planning a PERFECT trip, from all choices out there we picked Cruise Holidays, the agent "Sylvia" was friendly, courtesy, and utmost patience. When anyone is NEW to something, especially planing an expensive trip you want to do as much research as possible. Talking to our agent was comfortable, never felt pressure to buy or wasting their time, that's why we purchased through them. And most IMPORTANTLY, after sales, we were not left alone to figure things out, she guided us, took initiative by contacted us, asking us for information, time we would like to have dinner, all the minor details, we gave her, and she booked everything ahead of time for us, with the option of changing it right up to the day of departure on some events. The service we received was phenomenon, not to mention the price was very competitive with others we shopped around, even if the price was more, which in our case was "not", well worth it. If any first or cruise addict, looking for good service and price, an agent that will look out for your best interest, and headache free vacation planning, worth giving them a call. Bob was knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. Bob arranged transportation for us when we landed in Rome and the transfers to and from the ship. We went to Rome a few days before the cruise and he recommended a lovely hotel within walking distance to great sights in Rome. My wife and I had a fantastic trip. I will 100% contact Bob for my next cruise and would recommend him to friends and family.
