★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady that was my contact person was very nice, polite and responded immediately. I am very happy with her. However, my flight got cancelled because of COVID-19 and initially I was told that if I want a refund I have to pay a fee of 50 CAD. I was OK with that. But then when they gave me the cheque they had deducted an additional 72 CAD (total 120 CAD). They said because of administration or something. This is the thing that annoyed me, that after I agreed to the 50 CAD fee and thought that was it right when I am going to get my cheque I am told "oh we had to deduce an extra 72 CAD"
Also their address has changed and the one their website is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, they go on and beyond, making sure to find the ticket within your budget and criteria that are important to you.
For example the last time I bought my ticket from Ms. Kiana, I wanted to make sure I get a Bassinet for my little baby, have a good layover in Frankfurt to avoid the chance of missing my connection flight, yet not too long for my baby becoming exhausted. Everything worked our perfectly fine. My husband and I were really happy.
They are not looking to sell you just a ticket, but are making sure to keep you happy so you would go back to them as regular customer and recommend them to your friends and family.
My husband and I been very happy with their level of service and always recommend them to everyone we know.
