★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 Markham is an incredible place to exercise, the trainers are adept, the atmosphere is friendly, the studio is tidy, and the workouts challenge you to improve yourself in a diligent and fun manner.
At the time of writing this review, I have been attending sessions regularly for several months and will say that I am thoroughly impressed by the job that Bart, Andrea, Sherry, Jenny, Shoaib, JD, Avital, Jing and Lilian do.
When they provide tips on form, it is to ensure that you are getting the most out of each motion. When they suggest modifications to the level of resistance, it is to ensure that you acknowledge the goals of both safety and progress. When they say one more rep with just a few seconds left in a set, it is to ensure that the little bit of grit in moments of fatigue that can make a huge difference is consistently demonstrated.
The thought and effort that goes in to making each session a success is amazing and the support that you receive with respect to the goal of self-development is genuine.

They provide alot of support on your mental and physical health! I was super shy walking into their location, but quickly they made me feel super welcomed!
