โ โ โ โ โ I only called for a quote. Very unprofessional on the phone (When asked how are you today the receptionists reply was I'm putting you on hold). I was transfered 3 times and put on hold 5. While on hold I was able to call 3 other glass stores from my house line and was quoted much faster and spoken to much nicer. I never received the quote from Progress Glass. If they can't quote me, how would they do the job right?

โ โ โ โ โ I took my car in for a rock chip repair and they fit me in quickly without an appointment. The tech's made sure to clean all of my windows and do a thorough inspection at no extra cost! They fixed everything quickly, and were super friendly. I would recommend Progress Glass to everyone!

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give a ZERO star I would. The lady owner whom answers the phone is very rude and if you speak any way firm she hangs up on you. She snaps at you from the moment you call for a quote, asks the year of vehicle several time ( write it down if your brain is the size of a pea!) and when you clarify what it is your quoting for the 10th time irritated, she just hangs up.
When we called for quote on our vehicle mirror we didnโt realize it was the same place my husband rented a uhaul trailer a couple months prior. Same situation with this lady. Very argumentative and threatening to where you canโt get service from her. The husband just complains how he only makes $5 from renting them and wonโt clean the unit before we take it. Then charge you for the previous renters mess!
If you donโt want to provide good customer service-get out of the business! Disgusting people!

โ โ โ โ โ We tried to rent a U-haul from this location and the owner was very rude and disrespectful. She made sure we were aware she was the owner. She accused us of filling the information wrong on the online services and we never used the on line service. She insisted I needed a name of a person when I suggested my husband she said no someone who wasn't with me? He was not going to be in the u-haul? When I told her I had no other family she said I guess a friend then in sarcasm? Wow she was short, rude and disrespectful. ??

โ โ โ โ โ Had a great experience at Progress Glass & Uhaul. I have been a loyal customer with this small family run business for years and I have always had great service. They are always so kind and welcoming and make you feel like part of the family.
Being a longtime customer I occasionally noticed some customers, especially uhaul customers walk in immediately angry, yelling, demanding, with little patience and just act completely rude. If you treat people that way how do you expect to be treated back? All of you need a reality check and learn how to respect one another.
Everyone at progress Glass works hard, I'm very happy doing business there and would definitely recommend!! Awesome job guys, keep up the good work

โ โ โ โ โ They did custom cuts (to replace the screen in my terrarium) and they did it the same day that I had the idea. Service was honestly amazing and it was a lot cheaper than expected. Was very impressed.
