★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are totally unprofessional. Use at your own risk. First they gave me a quote and a price and spoke perfect English. Then they act like they don't understand any English and what's going on. I would use them at your own peril. Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to share what was truly a great experience with our Scarborough project. We found Impressions on search when our contractor left us dry and they showed up next morning taking their time to inspect the project and making sure to point all the issues we knew and some we did not know about while providing us with all the information we needed at an affordable price (not the cheapest). We had lower prices but after the recent experience we wanted someone reliable to take over.
Impressions did an amazing job of installing the beams and supports in place of a load-bearing wall that was failing. From the initial assessment it was clear that they are very experienced and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Impressions to upgrade and fix a number of properties we manage in the Markham-Stouffville area. All projects completed on time and budget to our satisfaction except for one that had several new issues as the work started causing delays and unexpected additional costs. I only mention that because Impressions came through with full power on that project with very innovative solutions that kept us closer to the original budgets and yet got all that extra work done and for that we are very grateful.
