★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor software. So much more expensive than millennium ($5300) and lacks so many important features I perceived as essential. Locked in for 3 years so be careful. Also I dont think it's an honest review area since the book4time staff are the ones giving 5 star reviews on here.
Shady company.
Buyer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful working with this company. Ronny Jankie leaves bad reviews for companies he has never dealt with.
In this day and age, small business are having a hard enough time without people who have never dealt with them trying to hurt them.
A business is a reflection of it's employees, so I would not recommend Book4Time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am speaking from a recruiting aspect. Applied for a job and interviews on August 24th and was told I'd hear back after a week. Upon attempting to try multiple times to get a hold of Ayaz, I was unable to. It's been 3 weeks with zero communication. This isn't a direct review of the service or provided by B4T, but rather the lack of courtesy during a routine interview/hiring cycle.
I would like to remove myself from consideration and best of luck with your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a bad platform, but it tends to timeout and reset to default settings, even on the permission sides for managers so that's not a great thing in busy season to have to deal with. I also think it could be massively improved to a text and link booking site for clients to book with ease online, something to add for clients instead of everything hitting front desk. and have a text confirmation to reconfirm appts booked by clients as a reminder online.... I've been in spa 20 plus years, it's a techy world we live in. Efficiency is very important for the user, and for companies.
