★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sienna living are CROOKS!! Agencies, stay away from this company, THEY STEAL STAFF YOUR STAFF!! The staff are rude, they don’t care about their employees or the residents. There are so many people that died of Covid, and Sienna didn’t even say anything. All they care about is making money. This company is bogus and I will report them. Sienna must be shut down!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company purchases retirement homes and, in my opinion, decimates them with no regard for the residents who live there. It's all about profits. Our home was previously a small, happy, family owned operation. Sienna moved in and fired most of the managers and reduced staffing. We are in the process of pulling our loved one out and going to another company. We'll never deal with Sienna again. Hopefully they don't sue me for posting this! Apparently their legal department has been busy threatening anyone who speaks out negatively about their experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever. This company is reactive not protective. They don't care about your loved ones all they care about is their shareholders. Your loved ones and family come last. This outfit should be illegal to function as LTCH. Their lack of compassion and care shows. Stay away if you love your person who requires LTCH. Never sign documents without taking it to your lawyers, and do your due diligence. Their management staff is incompetent. I wouldn't be proud to have this company on my resume. Too bad there are no negative ratings as they would be on the far end of that scale.STAY AWAY AND BE VERY ALERT IF YOUR LOVED ONES ARE ALREADY IN THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a placement student at villa da vinci Retirement Residence and am volunteer in recreation department. I have a GREAT experience with residents and staff members at villa. SANDY is the BEST manager I have ever met. I want to mention that sometimes kitchen staff is rude to students So, they should be more professional and nice to students. Overall, I love villa❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Sienna Living yesterday (Feb 13, 2020) as a visitor to meet with their management , since I represent a “Not For Profit Charity Foundation for Restructured - Displaced Mature Workforce” . I found the staff, team, Enviroment and the overall set up extremely sensitive, caring, friendly, helpful, supportive and courteous. I found many immobile residents being taken care of with extreme care and concern. Their mobile scooters would be parked in front of a TV, or be moved when they are asked , staff would keep speaking to them, joke with them, feeding them, coffee, put them into wheel transit, try and make them laugh (not even sure if they are being understood or not), but very sincerely doing this.... etc. I can write lot more from what I observed over these 3 hours. Net Net very happy with what I saw.

I am proudly embarking in a new role with Sienna in Osoyoos BC, as Customer Care Assistant, with faith that we have potential to be a great home where residents have positive experience. Extra staff with fresh outlook and enthusiasm can be a learned result of recent struggles.
In my past as a Greyhound driver, I sometimes would pause and say, "What if she was my aunt or he was my brother, how would I want their trip (day) to be?" To my new family at my new home, I look forward to serving you with patience, love and respect! P.S. Please give our home a chance to care for the stars in your life and get your full stars too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello all. I know this place personally and this is the worst long term care. They use same spoon to feed all residents the pudding mixed with medicine. Ew.
If u dont care about your parents drop em here
There is much more staff here than other LTC. Still nurses always complain about staff shortage ????? clearly they don't wanna work
Only good thing about this place is that they have etiquettes n have the flag haft mast at their entry coz they know they will mourn about all the people that lost their lives coz they will since they don't really take good care of residents
Some staff is really good n show love to old people but their hands are tied by management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked at a sieanna living seniors home Villa Leonardo Gambin and has a very bad experience. As a worker and I was tested unfairly very much feel like racism played a big role into my termination and I was lied to manipulated. I’ve reached out to Sonia who was the manager of my department and made all these decisions and I haven’t heard back this was in January I also reached out to Sieanna living and have yet to hear back. I’m hoping I can get some kind of answers or solution through this message.
