★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful experience! From the first phone call with Eric Mody it was warm, professional, no-pressure. He provided answers for questions I did NOT realize I wanted until he provided them! When we finally met him and made a deposit on the dump trailer of our choice, he was just as lovely, engaging, informative as our first meet on the phone. Oh, the price is fantastic and the dump trailer? She is a beauty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an older couple with a first trailer we ran into some problems (definitely our error!). We took our trailer to Allen Dale and they were excellent to deal with. The customer service was friendly and helpful and the service manager (Thanks, Jessie!!!) was extremely nice to us. They fixed our problems, helped us hitch up, gave us tips and we now are back in business. Thank you, Allen Dale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I purchased our first holiday trailer from Allan Dale trailers in 2020, a Cruiser Fun Finder. We ran into a variety of problems with this trailer, and with some of the repairs. Early this year we started working with Jesse in the service department, and he was clearly committed to helping us work through all of the problems that we had encountered.
This year we decided to trade in the Fun Finder for a Forest River Alpha Wolf trailer. Our salesman was Eric and he was fantastic to work with, and Jesse assisted throughout the sales process, was always available to answer questions and show us the difference between our original trailer and this new one. Post-sale, Jesse again oversaw the inspection and delivery of the trailer. We have had a great experience dealing with both Jesse and Eric (and Jordan) and appreciate the flexibility that Allan Dale has provided with requests that we had with this purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a trailer.
