★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We panicked at 3 pm on a Saturday that our hot water heater wouldn’t light after we purchased our trailer in the fall and hadn’t yet taken it out. We bought it from a different dealer, but took a chance phoning VISION RV to see if might help us. They jumped at the opportunity and said can you bring it in within the hour. We promptly said yes, and were greeted with the friendliest, most helpful service ever. They went above and beyond, solved our issue, and offered professional advice to make our camping experience even better. We will be back, as they blew our minds with the quality of service they provide. We will be customers for life with that kind of dedication to providing excellent service. I would trust them to do anything on my trailer.
