I went there to change the filters of a Genset generator. The work started at 8:00 a.m. and it finished at 12:30. I couldn't believe that the half an hour work took a half a day. They already had the part numbers which I had provided them before and they said they made a mistake to not to bring the parts to the tech person and in the morning they we waiting for the signature to release the parts. I lost my patience and I told them I don't want the service and stop whatever they doing and I wanted to walk away. the tech guy was a good guy and i went with him inside the shop and we changed everything together in 15 min, but they still charged me for 2 hours. they gave me a customer appreciation coupon for the next time service but it's totally not worth of losing a half a day there. They literally ripped me off by charging me 2 h for half an hour work. This is for a simple and straightforward service and I don't know how much extra they charge the customers for a complicated work. I would never ever go back there again.

Easy to order, easy to pay, amazing customer service on the phone and in person, i own a pick up truck and was treated with as much respect as company owners with mutiple units.

Amazing experience! Went by to pick up a premium service kit for a 3rd Gen Ram Diesel, but didn't realize the online price for the kit was an online special. The parts guys were able to match the online price, which was still cheaper than buying my usual Rotella T6 from UFA during the harvest lube sale including the Shell rebate. They also blew everyone else out of the water on battery prices beating the closest by $40 with equal warranty. When I had the wrong sized socket to unbolt the battery hold down one of their mechanics volunteered to give me a hand. What a great experience if only Dodge could make a truck worthy of such customer service.

Laura is genuinely friendly and helpful, she'll go far. (My wife likes her portable phone charger) John is concerned with my generator problem. He listened to me and came out to the motorhome to see the symptoms. Not only is this unusual, but it is nice to talk to the ACTUAL tech instead of a service advisor who then attempts to relay the information. THANKS JOHN. Christina did a great job of keeping us updated. Always friendly, cheerful and helpful with a nice sharp pencil. The whole place had a nice attitude. It was a pleasure dealing with you. Thank You

*Update to rating*: A terrible customer service experience trying to purchase parts from them directly instead of getting things on Amazon or some other service. After multiple emails, including having to send multiple follow-ups just to get a response, I was informed they had the parts I needed. I had asked if they could be mailed/shipped (they were small parts) but was told they don't ship, but they could put into a cab (from the west end - an expensive endeavour). So, I drove 40min there to get there before work and upon getting there, was told they did not actually have the parts, and then I was admonished for not 'ordering the parts first', as it takes (according to them) 2-3 hours to get from their warehouse (which they stated was across the street). I have wasted time, was made to feel foolish by the representative (despite never being told I needed to order in advance during the email exchanges with a different representative), and there was no apology nor attempt at a positive customer experience. It is extremely rare for me to ever place a review less than 5 stars as I want to support local businesses. But after this experience, I will not go back, and I do not feel I can leave a 5 star review. Note: my previous review was 5 stars. I stated "Took a small generator there and was very pleased with how excellent their customer service was.". I have now realized I was just lucky to get a really good guy that time, as it is clear that the values he represented are not shared across the organization.
