★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual it's extremely long wait times to recieve anything. On this particular occassion we have been waiting for over an hour to recieve 2 boxes on an order placed earlier in the week. It's taken 30 minutes just for someone to come grab our order with no other customers in sight. I've worked at multiple other warehouses and this is by far the worst wait times I've ever seen. We've used zep for a decade and we will NEVER be coming back. Our account will be cancelled. I wouldn't even give my experience 1 star but that's the least it allows me to give

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I had a dispenser that came with the building we had acquired fail us. I reached out to our Zep rep, Todd Hoyem, and he found a replacement machine almost immediately and was able to schedule an installation at a time that suited me. What a surprise when Todd was there with the installer, and both him and Blaine proceeded to not only install our missing machine, but updated and reinvigorated all other Zep machines so we would not have to be calling them again too soon. From the service to the knowledge to the care, a singular, superlative service call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company comprimizes safety. I nearly went blind in one eye while working there. Basically because they don't fascinating the tubes to the barrels that dispenses chemicals into them. With the pressure of the hazardous chemicals, the tube occasionally fly out of the barrel and go everywhere. Many professionals that know better work there. As not just a small company, but as one of the leading suppliers in all of North America. Its truly disgusting. Shortly after my injury, after being unable to blame me for the incident, I was fired without warning. With a promise made that day I would not be fired. It was less then 90 days worked when I was fired. So my dismissed was legal.
