★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible company employees r stuck up and wont help anyone. and HR and front office ia useless been calling for days now to get a letter and no return calls no email and everytime i show up to the company they make me wait or say oh we alreadt sent u the paperwork so i dont recomend working or contact with company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not work here. Systematic racism overworked is an understatement. Management lies to their employees about pay, reviews dead lines. Managment lies to HR. Despite multiple complaints HR does nothing. Management makes it a hostile work environment amongst the employers with drama, gossip, favouritism , lies. There is no real chance for advancement or growth here. Your just a cog in a machine expected to do what your told. Which changes daily. There doesn't seem to be a routine, different rules for different people. No one is on the same page. Noranco reminds me of a modern day sweat shop. Every thing about that place is unprofessional. Woud never recommend working there. Look at the reviews from glass door their almost all negative. And all at the pickering plant. High turn over rate here too. Everything is a number 1 priority very high stress job. Everything needs to be shipped out " yesterday" attitude. Lots of finger pointing .
