You get yelled at for the smallest mistake you make. There's nobody training you so your led to guess on instructions which are 70% of the time correct. Nobody has told me how to use the provided info to complete my task im guessing all day. Its easier to stand there and get nothing wrong rather than to think ahead and be treated poorly in return. If you make a mistake for something you haven't done before your met with swearing, attitude, all while working in an attempt to not get yelled at rather than to achieving the end goal.

The heat of the workplace and the rotating continental shift is something to get used to but if you look past it, there are a multitude of benefits to working here: decent pay, nice treatment and camaraderie with colleagues, actually learn something about the industry as its not a mindless labor job, great incentives to work. I plan to work here in the summer again, as long as they'll have me.
