From reception to my sales person to my installation of my hardwood flooring, everything went smooth.
Their impressive showroom had a wide selection of samples and colors.

Brian our sales representative was very honest and easy to deal with. Installation was an extremely smooth process. I Highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough about how good our experience was while dealing with Ted M and everyone at After 8. Ted was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions we had. When we stopped by to look at additional samples and he couldn’t be there he made sure we were looked after and got exactly what we needed. When it came to the actual installation the crew was excellent. Very professional, friendly, and meticulous. After everything was done Ted made sure to follow up ensuring we were completely satisfied with the entire process. The pricing was also great. We did our due diligence, and After 8 had the best pricing as well. It’s not often you can get a great price, great service, and great workmanship all at the same place. After 8 and Ted will be our first call for any future upgrades we need for any type of flooring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and myself have had an amazing experience dealing with After Eight Flooring. We walked in with a general ideas for our house. Brian made it a seamless and non stressful experience. Brian is very creative with his suggestion and ideas, not to mention very knowledgable in all flooring areas. Brian was always available by phone and would follow up each email he received with a phone call.
We have dealt with Kirsten in there blind department as well. She as well was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable with the Hunter Douglas Blinds and all components.
All quotes were provided with hours of picking out products.
This is a company that excels in customer service and you won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask about an estimate cost for ordering vinyl flooring that I saw in store. The receptionist told me the sales person wasn't around and would call me back. She took my number but no one ever called. I called again on a Saturday and the receptionist stated she didn't have access to the system on the weekend to check the estimated cost. She took my number AGAIN and said someone would call but no one did. I ended up calling and ordering from another company who was able to provide an estimate over the phone immediately.

Their knowledgeable sales staff provided us with great product selection, access to a wide variety of samples, competitive pricing, and thoughtful answers to all of my questions. Their installation crews are pleasant and easy to talk to, highly skilled with years of experience, and detail oriented - they made this highly physical and sometimes challenging job look easy! Overall we're very happy and would not hesitate to recommend After Eight Flooring to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents ordered carpet and lino for their entire home. The service was absolutely brutal. They were weeks behind in delivery (app 6-7 weeks), including three delays. Sometimes delays are unavoidable but they were lied too several times throughout the process.
Additionally, they were told they would receive a discount due to the inconveniences but now are being told they will not receive a discount at all.
There are many flooring companies, I highly recommend finding another one.
