The challenge was that we were constantly delayed by other contractors and service techs, which ended up requiring us to push through change requests to the Austin team. They handled it well, and accommodated us at every turn. We selected Austin because we see their logo's all over the place. From government buildings, to small commercial properties and everything in between, Austin is there to protect. Glad we made the decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night we called Austin Security for emergency help in our server room for problems unrelated to their systems or service. We knew Austin Security was a firm we could rely on with no notice for emergency help.
At 6PM we messaged them for emergency help because we had a burning smell from our server room. We shut down all systems for safety as we didn't know what was causing the issue. We were effectively completely shut down. Austin immediately replied to our urgent request and promised to be onsite first thing in the AM.
This AM, they diagnosed the problem, installed some loaner equipment and we were back up and running.
Amazing service from Austin Security, especially since the related issue had nothing to do with their systems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live Video Monitoring was the recommended solution from Austin Security after numerous thefts and catalytic converter thefts in our yard.
Shortly after the installation Austin identified a break-in as it was happening, the police were contacted right away with a detailed description of what was happening, and arrests were made.
I would highly recommend Austin Security to anyone who has been experiencing similar issues.
