Talked to the manager and he said it is company police to not sell to the public. He said I was taking away someone’s livelihood.Had to find someone with a ticket to purchase switch for me. Giant pain. This is a terrible way to run a business. I was very upset with store policy and customer service.

I will try all other options before trying your services again. There is a way to conduct business, there is something called customer service. These guys don't know what it is. On the flip side, Sinclair Supply was Excellent.
T	Terry Jomha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst furnace on the market. Don’t under any circumstances purchase a Goodman product. Service is awful and they don’t stand behind their product. Control board has failed 6 times. They blame the power supply coming from the city to the house yet the basement furnace is the same furnace and has never failed. They purposely rip off homeowners. The Edmonton office and the tech in Calgary are fraudulently running the control boards through warranty and charging customers while they pocket the money. I own a construction company for over 15 years and have built 200 million dollars in commercial projects over the 15 years and have never dealt with a worst company in my career.
O	OZ Heating on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been dealing with these guys for 12 years, consistently reliable. I have installed thousands of their furnaces and have never had any issues with warranty parts or pricing. For those complaining about their service, this is a wholesaler, not a service company, call a service tech if you want service.
