Not only is the service always excellent, but R&G usually quotes me a price under what other shops are offering. One of their Techs, Ryan, has been my go-to guy as long as I have been using R&G as my main mechanic for almost 3 years. Will not be using any other mechanic, not even for just an oil change as long as I'm in the Durham Region.

A multitude of excuses, mis-truths and outright lies led to me removing my vehicle before any service had been done. To be fair, I was told to drop off before 8 and it would go right in. Called at 10:30 to check on progress and told someone would return my call. No one did. Called back at 1, was told vehicle still in parking spot, time to enter the shop was unknown. Walked down to get vehicle from shop, was berated by shop staff. Wife had to walk out as she did not believe we deserved the condescending tone set by the shop I wouldn’t pay for this type of attitude and service from any service center . You shouldn’t either
