Anyone needing a great mechanic shop for high end vehicles should put Autogermany on the top of their list they will not disappoint.

I received a call and was advised of what they had found. I was emailed a quote with items to approve for them to complete. I approved everything and the work was completed on time. I felt like I have now become part of the AutoGermany family. I will definitely be back to have more work done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking the car in for service/repairs was always the most pointless experience for me at the dealership because I never really got a true sense of what was done from the litany of things on paper and from talking to service advisors. Auto Germany was recommended to me by someone I trust. So, when I took my car there for the first time, I went in without reservations. Nevertheless, now going through all these reviews, I can confirm they accurately reflect the experience with Auto Germany. I certainly felt like I got a good insight into the general condition of my car, in addition to priority things that needed to be done. This year, I had to take my car in a few times and have appreciated the straightforward and visual explanations of what's happening inside the car, what needs attention and why. So, if you're looking for a more meaningful car repair experience, Auto Germany is for you.

They are fully transparent as to what they are doing, what they recommend doing, and provide details of all the work prior to starting, so that you can approve what needs to be done or what can wait. The owners are patient and friendly, and it’s nice to have people who truly care about the work they do, and the cars they care for. We rarely need service on our vehicle, but when we do, AutoGermany is where we get it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not hard to give this place a five-star rating. Their communication skills are superb, and the interface they use to deliver and confirm service and quotes is next level. My Mini Cooper has never been in better shape.
They might not want this advertised, but they'll call you an Uber back and forth to drop off and retrieve your vehicle. It's a service that makes them the clear choice for me, especially living near West Edmonton.
