Called and expressed my dire need for an external residential window repair.
An appointment was booked for someone to come and size the window, and after no one showed up, I called the company again.
I spoke to the same guy I booked my appoointment with, and all he could say is that he "lost the paper work and no one could come size the window".
My friend had to stay home from work to wait for them, and his only explaination is that he is "human". He was not willing to resurrect the situation at'all.
Very unhelpful, un organized and definitely NOT customer service driven.
will be using another service.
Seems like a SMAMMER to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horible customer service clay smelt like beer and ciggeratte smoke as you walk in over priced double the price of other shops went with them any way cause quick turn over but mirror was too small said thats what i ordered but couldnt find the paper that i provide with the sizes i should have known better want to get ripped off talk to clay he is a pro for ripping people off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had two double pane windows fixed, they fixed in less than two days and price was very fair. Would have gave 5 stars but there is a drop of something in between the panes on one of the windows. I will never unsee it now. Otherwise everything was great. Should have checked them before leaving the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I ordered a few panels of glass for our camper. The thickness was incorrect upon pick up, but when we spoke with the gentleman at progressive glass, he was willing to fix this problem and recut the glass into the thickness we needed. No issues or excuses.
Hard to come by solid customer service as this now a days.

I described the project I wanted done to the gentleman and he said it was entirely possible and would get someone to call me back the next day to book a quote. A week later I had heard nothing from them so I called back to follow-up. I spoke to a different gentleman who was very rude and said the project was not possible/feasible and refused to quote me on it. I then called Glass Doctor and described the project to them and they booked me an in-house quote happily and said the project would be no problem. I would NEVER go to Progress Glass again because they were rude, had no follow-through, and were inconsistent and obviously confused about what is/isn't possible/feasible.
