They came out right away, cleaned all the glass, measured, came back three hours later and installed them. Like new. for such a crazy experience, they made the process pain free for me.

Another glass company recommended All Reach Glass and within minutes of my arrival with broken window in hand, Ryan was confident they could repair it. 10 days and half the dealer price later, my window was repaired. Great service guys!

Calling about my window was broken and they repair it for me last year, Ryan was helping me to contact with condo board if it's a structural issue or my problem to be responsible for repairing the window. No one following up for me, no call back no emails even I left quite a few messages to them to give me a call back or email. Ended up today another guy take my phone call today and told me there is no way they have warranty on a repaired window, I will have to pay myself. I wouldn't expect that to pay for my broken window every year just to repair it? And he told me that they won't have anyone to fix it for me until January next year. This is unacceptable. They should have told me that earlier so I don't need to wait two weeks with my window empty!
