Asked for a quote on a custom piece of glass-work for a walnut breakfast bar with quite complex geometry... got a quote and helpful response and detailed explanation of what was possible and not soon after. Very helpful.

We are a professional corporation & we needed a custom piece of glass for a table top. When I ordered the glass I explained that we needed something that would be slightly elevated off the table and that if we could have something made like that, it would be good. The girl on the phone was fairly helpful and said they could make the glass and it would come with "standoffs." Seeing as I went to school for a professional degree, not a trade, I had no idea what this meant as I explained to her. She said she would send a link to photos of these by email & I said "sure." When the glass arrived, it came with these pieces in bags and as we figured out from youtube, we needed to drill into our table to set them up. We weren't thrilled about not being informed about the DIY installation but accepted the situation. When we attempted to install the glass (which a firm partner's husband picked up since delivery costs were unreal considering they are located a few blocks from our business), it was discovered that the holes for the standoffs were drilled the wrong size. Since the glass was quite expensive in the first place, we asked that they retrieve the flawed product, fix it and suggested that they could offer to install it free of charge for the inconvenience of wasting time for our business. I was put in touch with "partial owner" John. John argued that it was "unfair" to request this and even had an issue with retrieving the item despite the fact that they messed up on it. He spent almost a half hour on the phone with me interrupting me constantly and refusing to listen or compromise. Seeing as the product was flawed and that John had an argumentative and aggressive nature toward me , I proposed a refund was in order & we could take our business elsewhere. He flat out refused to refund us our money which we had pre-paid by credit card. At this point I had to let him go off the phone as I had other projects to attend to and asked that he call me later that afternoon. John ended up physically appearing at our office and proceeded to argue with the partners/owners of our firm as well as myself. He wanted to fix the glass and charge an installation fee thereafter although it was his company that made the mistake and likely should have offered to install for free as a matter of integrity and ethical business practices. Seeing that he was refusing to give us a refund, our firm partners attempted to negotiate a fair deal on installation. They offered a $50.00 payment which was generous considering the situation. He said he would send us a quote of installation & took the glass. The next day he sent us an installation quote at $160.00! This was an insult to the intelligence and integrity of everyone in our office. We refused and again, requested a refund since the glass was back in his possession anyway at this point. We told him to keep it and give us our money back. Again, he refused. We told him we would contact the authorities since at that time we had no product and he had our money (which we wanted back). We asked that he not show up to our office with the item and begged him to please be cooperative and refund us. John sent one of his employees with the glass instead. When we tried to refuse it, he lied about making a phone call outside and left the glass in the hallway between the door to the building and our office door. He proceeded to literally run away to his truck and drove off forcing us to keep an item we had requested a refund on several times. We could take this to court as a civil matter, however, our business carries itself with integrity and has decided that a grown man who would have his employee ditch his product in a hallway and literally run away is not worth the hassle. If I could give this business zero stars, I would.

My husband and I asked for a super detailed and interesting center piece of glass for our new home. John Q personally took care of our needs and made the piece of glass, into a piece of art. I refer everyone and anyone to this company. Thank you wholesale bevel and edge, my house has now turned into a home with your hard work.

I phones for quote and was advised to send in email with specifications. I do not believe this is very good customer service since today many people still prefer to have phone quotes done in a timely fashion. Maybe need to look at your policies on providing quotes. Will not call there again.

We ordered a custom round mirror. It was quoted for a week, but after 1.5 weeks and still no call, I called to check and it was still not completed. This is a minor inconvenience, and the mirror was completed and looks excellent, but I did not find the service to be exceptional. We did get some help from the staff when loading and packaging the mirror, which was a big help. Overall, good but not great.
