★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a beachcomber hot tub 4 years ago. We enjoy the hot tub so much. Recently we had a service issue with our hot tub and Beachcomber has gone above and beyond to help fix the issue of our hot tub that is still under warranty. It’s great to know beachcomber stands behind their product. Lisa the service person was BEYOND amazing on such a cold windy day….AMAZING!!!! I recommend anyone to purchase their hot tub from beachcomber!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a LEEP hot tub in the fall (Pandemic delays.) Melissa, my sales agent, kept me updated of production and delivery. It was delivered in the timeline discussed. I live in the country, and the terrain is a bit challenging, yet the delivery was seamless. I paid a water company to deliver "city" water, as well water is not recommended. I had a few issues (MY electrical) and the staff were able to pinpoint the issue for my electrician to correct (turns out my breaker was faulty, but the technician was able to see there was not enough power supply.) The "start-up" was easy and they provide a cheat sheet to make it easy. I would recommend Beachcombers (and Melissa) for your hot tub needs! AHHHHH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered our hot tub in April of 2021, we did have to wait longer then expected due to COVID, supplies chains, etc…. We received it almost a month ago and it was worth the wait. For the inconvenience of having to wait Beachcomber threw in a 6 months of treatment supplies. Melissa Kjeldgaard was our sales-rep and she was nothing short of fantastic! She kept us up to date on the progress of the tub and delivery, and she came to our home to walk us through the set-up and treatment.
We were on Vacation shortly after delivery, Melissa is so invested in her customers she came to our house 3 times to ensure the chemicals were balanced and to treat the water so when we returned the tub was good to go. This was hands-down the absolute best customer service I have experienced EVER! She was absolutely no pressure, informative and genuine!
The tub is great, we use it multiple times a day, but Melissa’s level of service is what convinced us that Beachcomber was the right choice when we shopped around. If buying a tub, check out Beachcomber and make sure to ask for Melissa; you’ll be as impressed with how great she is as you will with the tub!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randy, Warren and the rest of the team at Beach Comber are simply fantastic. Our Hot Tub purchasing experience was absolutely top notch! From our first interaction with the sales team, all the way through to installation!
All of our questions were answered quickly and professionally. Randy worked with us to find the hot tub that suited our needs best. Rather than simply show us the hot tubs.
On install day the delivery folks were clean, took care and consideration in moving about my yard and took the time to expain a few of the buttons so we knew how to begin.
Again a big thank you from our family to yours! I highly encourage anyone in the market for a hot tub to go see Randy or anyone else at Beachcomber for the best experience imaginable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my Leep hot tub from Melissa last year & had it delivered a week ago due to delays with the pandemic. Melissa always kept me up to date on delivery & was able to arrange delivery around my busy schedule.
After delivery Melissa arrived to explain how to maintain the tub & answer any questions I had.
I have considered buying a hot tub for many years & truly have Melissa to thank! She is awesome to deal with & provides a high level of customer service with no pressure!! She was always available to answer questions & always had my best interest at heart.
Melissa is the reason I finally decided to buy a hot tub & I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought our first hot tub at the Sherwood Park location! Cindy was excellent. Very informative without being pushy. We had lots of questions about various hot tubs and what was needed to install our new hot tub in our new house build coming up over the next half year. She made sure to keep us updated throughout our build and when best to purchase. And even managed to get us a hot tub sooner than expected! We've had our hot tub for just over a month now and are loving it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received our hot tub in December of 2021. Melissa was our salesperson and was always polite and kept us up to date with the delivery and the pandemic distribution delays.
Not the best time of the year to have it installed. We were a little concerned about the filling and the freezing conditions outside. Melissa assured us that there would be no issues and they would be there to guide us through it. The installers were quick and efficient and did a good job.
She has general knowledge about all aspects of the hot tub and was very informative. I would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from beachcomber. Thank you, Melissa.
