I, a disabled person, stood behind a person with a cart FULL n about 4-6 people hehind me, for at least 10 mins. before they opened another til. Bad business at this time of year !! Merry Christmas n Happy New Year!

I asked the lady at the Customer Service desk, who was at the time, the only person ringing in items for paying customers, "Why are you the only one working?" She just laughed. I said, "I'm being serious." She replied, "They're all busy doing other stuff." There were six customers waiting in line to pay for their items, and at least three other employees in the store, doing other stuff, but definitely not concerned about customer appreciation. I then asked her if she knew what a secret shopper was. She laughed again. I said, "Apparently you don't know." Fortunately, I'm not a secret shopper and it's unfortunate you're not being made aware of what's happening in your facility. If this is how you want your manager to operate your store, then carry on. They're doing a solid job of failing you. I know I'm just a small drop in the bucket, but there is a ripple effect and I really like keeping my money in my pocket to spend else where. Reviews like this, tend to create big waves on Google and Yahoo and any other search engines that will accept product and company reviews. Enjoy your profits and keep ignoring your customers.

They have an amazing selection of rugs for a great price but recently like everything else the price has gone up? You have to be careful with some of the consumables as sometimes the date is expired so if you don't like that then check the date. Good selection of toys. I like to buy their toys for Christmas hampers. It's not quality stuff but for kids that don't have much it's a great alternative!

When those red guy stabbed knife blocks were selling for 200 on eBay we found one here for 30. A beautiful Himalayan salt lamp for 14. The rugs are decent priced and colorful, We've bought a few. There's lots of things I wouldn't buy, but it's worth checking regularly to see what they have.

They've started carrying food past the best before date - but it isn't really cheaper than what you could find on sale at your regular grocery store. The staff sometimes have a language barrier, but they always help and are friendly. The dog toys and accessories used to be a really good deal here. I've found recently that they've increased in price and for the quality they're no longer a good deal. Still worth checking out, but you'll have to work to find a deal.

Make sure you have time to browse, you will find thing you didn't know you needed or wanted. I will never tire of shopping here, what an amazing place. Know your products though as some items are not worth your money!!! I enjoy every trip and find something new every time. Baby items, large area rugs, knives, electronics, household items, toys, clothes, you name it! A hidden treasure!
