Very disappointed. Ordered parts Jan.2/22 and they said they'd call me. They didn't. Went there Jan. 3/22 and reiterated I needed the block heater cord replaced. After 2 hours of waiting, no call to let me know it was done, went to the desk and found out of yeah it's done. They did NOT replace the block heater cord, just the end plug. Charged me $55 for 10 minutes work. DO NOT GO THERE!

I needed a few parts for my SUV, did some price comparison, and stopped in the Canadian Tire Automotive Centre. The staff were most helpful. They did not have what I needed, but checked our which other stores had them and their affiliates, printed off the information and contacts each of those stores.

Washrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in Atleast a week, the baby changing station was even disgusting. Not hygienic.

Brought my truck here to have the rear pads and rotors replaced. On December 29th I requested an appointment through the Canadian Tire website. On Saturday January 1st I was given an appointment for Monday January 3rd at 10:30 am. On January 3rd I came to drop off my keys but the service desk said there was no appointment made. I asked if the brake service could still be performed today and the gentleman assured yes. They drove the truck in 11 am, so I decided to wait. Fast forward to 3:30 pm same day I went back to the service desk to ask about the progress and when I can expect to it be finished. BUT the service desk informed me that no work had been done to the truck apart from taking the wheels off. The service manager said the technician was still diagnosing the issue. I told the service desk rear pads and rear rotors. The only diagnosis needed was taking off the rear wheels and looking at the rear pads and rotors. I spent 5 hours in the waiting room for absolutely nothing. I like Canadian tire a lot but this is HORRIBLE customer service.

The ladies are nicer now. Before I don't want to step in there.. those filipino ladies known to be nice people were power tripping.. esp in the customer service.. they make it hard for us in returning stuff. But now two days ago I went there, they've change a lot. I was surprised. They're nice, smiling, & helpful.

Went there to take my online order for a curbside pick up. Waited 30 minutes and my order was still not done. I decided to go in and just pick it up on my own. Alastair from the counter gave me my receipt and told me to drive to their garage. Went inside and gave it to the guy inside and they can't find my tires. Waited for another 15 minutes then my tires was ready. Picking up an order shouldn't be that long. It took me almost an hour. Not happy with the service today...

Impeccable customer service in the tire shop! The morning of my return trip to BC started with a β€˜Tire pressure low’ warning signal, I had seemingly picked up a tack on my way into Edmonton. From the moment I entered the Canadian Tire Service Shop at West Point I was in good hands. Richard’s expert suggestions at the service desk, Laurel’s help at the counter, and the support of the great team of technicians, they had me back on the road again with fresh rubber (on sale I might add!), and a feeling of comfort and safety for my drive home. Thanks to the team at Canadian Tire Edmonton West, your customer service was exceptional! Warm Regards, One happy traveller
