The construction involved extensive renovations to the main floor of our bungalow. A wall was taken out to create a new beautiful custom built open concept kitchen with large island, dining room, living room and family room. Popcorn ceiling was taken off all the ceilings. replaced with smooth ceiling on the whole main floor & added a ton of pot lights. They ripped out all the flooring & carpet on the main level to add hardwood & ceramic tile. Our ugly old stair railing was replaced with beautifully stained showpiece stair railing. They changed the carpet on the stairs and landing, changed all interior doors & hardware, redid all the casings and baseboards on the main floor as well as painted the main floor. Our laundry room was refaced with new cabinet doors & looks like a new laundry room. During the process we were in the basement which was easy. Every stage of the process from planning, amazing designer advice, working with the project manager, trades persons and contractors was seamless and over the top. We have gone through renovations with other contractors in the past and have not had this over the top experience. Without a doubt we will refer Full House Renovations to our friends/family, etc as well as our future renovations will be with Full House. Full House, thank you for being there for us and providing us a beautiful home. The Draper family.

But we payed $2600 for estimate and drawings and they cashed it March 3rd...10 Weeks later we had no estimate, partial drawings and I asked for our money back. I got ripped on the phone for them being busy because of other peoples "change order" projects. Then they called & apologized and went on about how this will be a learning experience for them. We got a $1600 refund. They said that I had to pay for draftsmen's time and the partial drawings which I understand. But what about our time??

They really captured my tastes and helped me stay within my budget with material selection. I am an engineer for a construction contractor, and I can say with confidence their quality of work is outstanding! They were also very accommodating with my concerns of functionality. All the little deficiencies and changes were hassle free. I was working out of town for most of the renovations, and they made the whole process stress free, providing me with updates and calling me for confirmation before proceeding with minor adjustments. Attention to detail is everywhere! I could post a thousand photos, but I'll focus on the show stoppers. I would definitely use them again, or recommend to my friends and family.

Everything from the custom cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms to the electrical wiring on the main floor was done poorly and had to be replaced. I would recommend finding a different company to renovate your home.

Design and planning were thorough and always ensured that we understood exactly what was going on. The crew were meticulous in their work and attention to detail. They were excellent in giving us design ideas and options. It was a thorough process and if any issues came up, they were promptly addressed. Their communication with us was great. They listened to what we wanted, and worked with us. The workers were always punctual, considerate and cleaned up the workplace at the end of the day. All in all, Full House was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to working with them on our next renovation!
