★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Glass Guru has improved significantly and substantially since coming under new management in October 2020. I recently had two new windows installed at my house, and the technician, Terell, did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the old windows had become damaged. He cleaned up after himself perfectly once he was done, too. I suspect Terell is one of the company's best technicians.
The only reservation I have with the company was that I was originally quoted a two week time frame for installation to be completed, but in the end it took four weeks. Unfortunately, this is a problem endemic in the industry, and not specific to this company. I simply would have preferred knowing upfront that it would take a longer period of time.
Price was competitive, as I had obtained several quotes in advance. But it was the service provided by their technician Terell that really stood out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I had Kevin help out and he did such an amazing job that I also had him do my screen windows which were done before I could blink! I forgot to give him one screen and he drove back and picked it up. Really friendly.

go with The Glass Guru because of their product and price.
Kevin, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions and even made some helpful suggestions with the process.
The two installers were polite and very professional. explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up inside and out thoroughly. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Glass Guru is super amazing, my store glass window was broken last week, then I contacted "The Glass Guru," on the same day maybe 1-2 hours they came to my store and covered with plywoods for me, since my glass would need to be order. And yesterday the glass is ready and they have installed for me. And they did a very good job on cleaning/clearing the old one and install the new one for me. After they installed the new one, they also do the cleaning on the new glass. Therefore, "The Glass Guru" will definitely my first choice for replacing glass window. Thank you so much "The Glass Guru."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am have been recently subcontractor and installing for the New Management at the Glass Guru Ltd. I have been installing glass products for their customers for last three weeks, and it has been an absolute joy to be employed with these wonderful people.
I, being from this great city and in the glass trade for many years here in Edmonton, Alberta, since the recession in the 80's. have I ever , in all the years in the field, been employed with such a great company of people .The Management here are most up front, honest, and honerable, and are very organized for their customers needs and the need for the great service they can provide you with . They will stand behind their products and services until the customers satisfaction, for your peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glass Guru has provided us with specialized items for many years now. Always a pleasure to deal with this local owned business. Several years ago they installed giant mirrors in our basement work out area & transformed the space for us! More recently they redid the screening on several windows, and are replacing a pane of glass that the seal went in with a new pane-will save us a $1000 over replacing the whole window!
