★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service at the St.Albert location. Called to get a quote and was told they would have to call me back later after they find out the proper part but nobody called me for 3 days. Decided to call back myself to find out what was the delay and they still didn’t have a quote. I gave them the specs of my windshield to the best of my knowledge assuming they would actually confirm with a dealership before ordering. They did not. They ordered the wrong part and blamed me for giving them the wrong information. This will be my first and last time I use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, best experience ever for such an awful thing to happen to your car. I came back after work to find my left rear window smashed in. Among the companies I reached out to for quotes, Calvin and the team at Brite-View were very open and up front. They gave me an exact quote and a price 100 dollars less than the big guys. Although I forgot to call back to book an appointment, I was able to leave them another email and they got back to me right away to book me in right away for a time that worked.
They did an excellent job, they cleaned my car (even found a debit card I lost under my seats!) and replaced the glass. They gave me an accurate time frame for the job and even recommended me places to wait at as I didn't plan that far ahead. Again, during the payment, my price was exactly what was quoted, the never once tried to upsell me or wavered. Id recommend Brite-View to anyone and especially my friends and family. I hope I won't have to be back for another auto glass replacement any time soon, but I will definitely check out what other products they offer.

Their pricing at least $60 cheaper then anywhere else, they removed the glass panel, replaced the new glass into the door and fixed some scratches that were visible. The door was ready in less then 48 hours from dropping it off. Excellent customer service and definitely went above and beyond for such a small job. Highly recommend this place for your glass needs!

Edit for 10 Month Update:
The glass is wonderful and still fits like a charm. The cut was perfect and held up like a charm after a multitude of abuse. They have provided a wonderful service to me and I highly recommend them.

The install crew was skilled, and made sure we were happy and comfortable during the install process. The only issues we had was in a miss communication between the on site and office staff, I recommend going over the details of your project thoroughly with each person involved in the process to ensure the details are correct.
