About Crystal Glass Canada Ltd
Crystal Glass guarantees the seal on your auto glass installation for as long as you own the vehicle, with the exception of leaking due to body deterioration. Furthermore, Crystal Glass will warranty the windshield against pressure cracks (breakage for no apparent reason) and distortion for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty on tempered parts.
Crystal Glass guarantees all windshield repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. If the windshield cracks from the repaired area, Crystal Glass will deduct the original cost of rock chip repair from the new windshield replacement cost. In the event a new windshield replacement is necessary, the insured must pay the deductible portion of their insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this place is above phenomenal! I needed to get my screen door rescreened and they went above and beyond to make this happen. I couldn’t get the stubborn door off of the track, trying for hours and getting beyond frustrated (apparently this is a common problem of homeowners of one particular homebuilder). Jessica at Crystal Glass was so kind that she arranged to have one of their (very nice) technicians come out to my house. He popped it off, took it away and it was ready for pick up that same day! I will definitely be using Crystal Glass on Stony Plain Road for all my glass chip and replacement needs. What an awesome experience!

Turn around time was quicker than expected and the barrier itself is better quality than what we've seen elsewhere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for plexi glass or poly carbonate barriers to protect their staff! Geoff/Shane and the rest of the team were great to deal with!

My last request was a little firm & finally had someone call me to say they received my messages & would call me the next Monday to set up a time to come visit my home to get measurements etc so they could quote.
That was a week ago & I’ve heard from no one.
I am quite baffled at why they do not want my business? I guess they are so busy with customers they have no time for new clients.
