★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable staff. Prices are not posted so it makes it difficult to shop here. They have good stuff and prices are usually fairly good but I like to know how much things cost before I go up to the counter.
Plus they do not give refunds for returns just store credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why a company would have a policy of only in store credit when their supplier packages the item wrong, which makes you have to run around to find the correct one, and will not make a simple attempt to please the customer by giving them their money back and a sorry for the inconvenience? There is always exceptions to the rule, so Thanks Mopac for making your parts store a place I never want to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my go to shop for auto parts but after today I will be shopping elsewhere. The staff are awesome and super knowledgeable but today I found out when returning an item I didn’t end up needing I could only get a gift card for in store credit. Even though it was in a sealed package and never opened and it was a regularly stocked item that was bought 7 days prior they couldn’t credit back my card. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with this totally ridiculous policy. I will now be buying my auto parts up the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the greatest. Probably the worst return policy for any auto parts store, store credit only, beware of this. No prices listed either, won't find out how much you're paying until checkout. Employees aren't very willing to help either, don't know how this place still operates with companies like summit shipping to Canada for free. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to JBs or order from Summit instead.

The staff are very knowledgeable and quilified. Plus, there's no waiting. You go in, you get served. I like that! I highly recommend this business.
