★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff is friendly it really is a useless place. All visits can and should be done in central Edmonton or at the actual Edmonton Remand Center. We no longer can deposit money into inmate accounts at Center 170; this needs to be done at ERC & any CIBC bank. 50+ phone stations are not needed such a waste. 4 employees 2 at front desk and 2 in the actual visitation monitoring the visit. No drinking of any liquid...absolutely not necessary to have this silly rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time ever going here. The outside looks ominous, but the inside has a modern feel. Staff took the time to teach me how to use the machine and explain a bit about what the processes are for money transfers and visitation. Kind of weird to have cameras everywhere, even at the till. However, they are excellent at customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This professional building is kept clean and the staff are courteous, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was lost in the building which it seemed was on lockdown and a staff member helped me and even allowed me to go through an area that would be normally off limits just to acomedate me and help me get to where I had been trying to get to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff always helpful and kind. Lots of parking available. Keep on top of sanitization between each visitor and washrooms in the facility are always clean also. Ad are the booths and floors etc. Continent location, easy to find. If visits were a bit longer that'd be ideal but 25 mins is suffice no less

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place that I can say id love to visit again lol but the facility was very clean and the staff were very professional and super polite. The only down side is the length of the visits, there way to short cant really call it much of anything but it is better than nothing. Although it would be the greatest if the visits were just a smidge longer ?
