★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the Property Manager I have is Debbie Michaels. She informed me of the tenant finding mold around the windows. The tenant had to leave the premises due to safety reasons. She organized the renos that were required to make the unit safe for renters. She accomplished the tasks in quick order.
After the work was completed she arranged for new tenants to move in. Sometimes tenants are just not the right fit for any given situation. After complaints were received about the new tenants actions she handled the situation in a professional and expedient manner. She took care of all issues she was faced with, rapidly and professionally. I could not ask for a better representative from Magnumyork to be overseeing my unit.

I have had an excellent experience thru out the whole process. Landon was amazing to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond.
I would highly recommend Magnum York being your first choice in dealing with a property management company. You wont be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a negative number they would have gotten it. All they care about is condominium fees are paid. Follow up from them is like pouring water on a duck's back. They never seems to know anything neither can they provide solutions to anything. Only God knows why they switch to these horrible people of Condominiums boards. Just a bunch of people who get pays for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented at Ridgewood Gardens for 30 years. When I don’t have to deal with Magnum York Property Management then I can forget how unprofessional and incompetent they are.
Lately I have had a few in suite issues. The first one was my smoke detector “chirping” at 4:00 am. I sent in a maintenance request on their website( because they never answer their phone) and they indicated they received the request. No further follow up was done. I thought maybe they had a repairman in because the chirping stopped. I didn’t know if a repairman was in as there was no indication that he was.
This morning the chirping started again. Now I know that no one came in to address this issue.
I was given a weeks notice for a suite inspection but Kayce didn’t show up at the appointed time. No phone call, nothing, so I left a message on her machine and she called the next day, with excuses. We reset the date.
I asked if they could have a plumber come in to replace a 26 year old toilet that I thought might be leaking, as well as tighten the kitchen sink.
Appointment was set. I waited and waited and waited. An hour and a half later “Vince” called to say he was running “abit late”. I told him not to bother showing up at all as now I had another appointment to attend.
This management company is unprofessional, incompetent and a pain to have to deal with.
I wish the board would let them go and hire a company that actually cares about their tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is trying their best to meet your needs. Very friendly and honest. If you need a place faster, Mangum York is the place to contact. The manager Mr Landon Lovig is amazing, he is passonate abiut his clients. He knows what he is doing and he is good at what he is doing. My experience with this company and him is absolutely a positive one. What I liked the most are how quick they respond, act , and get things done to meet renter's need. Keep the good work up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. Had a viewing scheduled with Agnes Veniegas. I showed up texted her and called. No reply. Eventually she texts me and tells me the property has been rented after I have already showed up. Having a full day of responsibilities is no excuse to forget about a potential client. I took time out of my busy schedule to meet at the appointment time. These “things” don’t just happen lol. You have one job. Very unprofessional. Needless to say I won’t be bothering with this company and neither should you. Upon reviewing their reviews it seems like “these things” happen a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL property management company. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They will take money every month to do absolutely nothing. They say they maintain exterior, common property, but they do next to nothing. I have seen them do maintenance once since I moved in. They take WEEKS to respond to service requests, if they ever actually do. God forbid, you miss a payment deadline though! You’ll get a call the next day. What a joke of a company. They don’t care about the properties they manage or the people living in them. They only care about the $$$$
