★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management team straight across the board, staff works whenever they choose to come in if they come in at all at times, unsafe for families and pets, no real enforcement of any rules including drug use, noise and pets off leash that poop everywhere and attack other pets due to not being leashed/supervised and so much more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management company I've ever delt with, in 25 years of renting and 4 different cities. Office opens when they feel like. Can never reach anyone. No replys to calls or emails. Maintenance and promises never get done. When they do fix something, it's not done properly. No enforcement of noise or drug use rules. The only thing they are good at is lying and taking your money. Don't rent from them. True slum lords!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrrible. No that does not do it justice. Disgusting, inhumane, criminal. This is my experience with Weidner. As I sit in their human feces flooded apartment they repeatedly assured me was just a water main break I get sick to my stomach. This is the single greasiest organization I have dealt with in my entire life. As I rack up sick days after being exposed to the bio hazard they call my apartment, they assure me soon I can move all of my possessions and furniture to another apartment unit, and then move it back when they are done steam cleaning. If you would like an apartment flooded with human feces that they then just vacuum up an d call it a day, this is the place for you. If you want to be treated like a sub-human this is the place for you. I would rather rent from the mafia than this disgusting criminal organization. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would leave negative zero stars if possible. Just look at the other reviews here. My elderly sister rented a unit for two years here. Maintenance guy (Mike) was wonderful - can't say enough good stuff about him, friendly too. Staff were very friendly. She had to move out as she needed a care home and only spent 3 months of the 12 months the lease was for last year. Comes the walk-through for the damage deposit and I felt robbed. This person (Dianne) who works there has a very inhospitable attitude. I think her face would crack if she smiled. I hired a cleaner to come in to clean the apartment. Ðianne charged me $75 because the oven was not up to her specifications (it's probably a fossil on top of it). Then she charges $50 to clean the inside of the washing machine???? There was no mess there that I saw. Oh yes and $20 for labor. So much for trying to leave a clean apartment. Should have left the mess it was in before, complete with junk, and let them fix it up for $250. At least I'd have gotten my money's worth. And Dianne (with her attitude) should get a job where people are not involved. The 2 stars are mainly for Mike (who should get 5 by himself) and the other staff who were at least FRIENDLY! Place looked way way better than when she moved in.
