★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banned my vehicle from visitor parking because “it was parked in a unit stall previously”. I used it previously when my dad did not have a vehicle when I would go visit to save the visitor parking for others. Management won’t respond to emails, calls and or texts for over a month about the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone backed into my vehicle in their parking lot directly in front of a security camera and then drove off in a hit and run. No calls or texts where returned at all when trying to obtain footage. I stopped a worker in the parking lot and asked for help, he said he “doesn’t want to sift through the footage” and that he didn’t want to help me. Trash people running a trash business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guys are a nightmare, I had a visitor from BC visiting me and just because they parked their car on visitor parking with a Green parking pass and also they didn’t even park at the same spot anyhow they still tow their car and when I called them they said ohh we thought they were a tenant of this building!! REALLY for only 2 days and that wasn’t even the same visitor parking stall. This guys are a CLOWN

6yrs with foundation cracks, no repairs.
Missing guard rails on property stairs for 3yrs. (Can you say liability?)
Snow removal seems to be a foreign concept. (More liability issues)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from Condo manager Robin. I own 2 units in Heritage valley station 3211 James Mowat Trail SW. It is waste to hire this bad company to run the service to our condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Bearspaw Manor. Simco property management, in my opinion, is the absolute worst. The rep that services our building is pathetically non-involved. Always lying and making up excuses. If you are looking for a property management company, stay way clear of this one. They will take your money gladly but give you nothing in return.
