They manage my rental properties in Edmonton and Leduc and I have to say they (and their team) are the best! I live out of province in Ontario and I sleep well at night, knowing they take care of my properties and my tenants. They have grown their team over the years, and their level of responsiveness and proactiveness continues to be very high, which I'm glad to see. From an owner's perspective, they have great systems and processes in place to handle maintenance, leasing and admin, and they are just the most caring and kind people ever. I highly recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing I encourage people to notice is that all the positive reviews associated to Wisteria Homes are reviews from the owners of the property and not from the tenants renting the actual property. In the last quarter of my lease Wisteria Homes suddenly took over the property after my landlord sold the house while I was still in the house. After moving out (which I'll admit was two months early due to health reasons) they sent me a grossly exaggerated invoice(equivalent to six months rent) for previously existing damages and rent money for the remainder of the lease. Not to mention they kept my damage deposit and after two months they still made no attempt to even rent the property to mitigate losses which is required by law.
I'm sure Wisteria Homes is a great company for collecting money for their landlords they represent, but if anyone is looking to do business with them as the role of tenant, I would be very leary.

They have proven to me by the test of time they are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and sincere in their desire to provide exemplary service to myself as well tenants. Yes there have been problems; no business is problem free.. but their resilience in working through issues to find solutions sets them above. They care.
