★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The City has set aside funding to retrofit an ornamental fence installed by Delta Square Developments. Multiple deer and a moose have been impaled. The City just needs Delta's permission to go ahead, but Delta has been "unresponsive" for over a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have been trying to get a landscaping deposit back for several months now.
They have lied to me about sending me a check, about who works at the company, and who responds to the inquiries I keep making.
Every time I call in, all I can do is leave a message with the receptionist. When asked when I will be getting a response, the answer is “I don’t know”. When asked who will be responding, the answer is “I don’t know”. When asked who is in the office that I can speak to immediately, the answer is, you guessed it, “I don’t know”.
The receptionist tries to rush me off the phone every time. At this point I can only assume they are avoiding me and do not have the funds to refund my deposit. The receptionist is trained to talk in circles and hang up on you if you are too persistent.
I would avoid dealing with this sham of a company at all costs where the employees who work for the company never seem to be available, nor respond to frustrated emails, phone calls, messages and fax mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the same problem, and have heard others as well, are getting the run around about their landscape deposits. They tell you to give them 10K for a landscape deposit. They explain, or the builder explains, that this deposit is so you meet the requirements of the final landscaping. You then landscape your yard over weeks or months and then call them ( D Hoffman) to get your deposit returned. This is where you are taken advantage of! They then they make you submit an inspection report from Windward Landtec Inc. This inspection report completed by Windward may have landscaping on it, but also includes, roof, Wall, Brick/stone, trim, soffit, fascia, window, front door, garage door, chimney ,driveway, parging, and other. Then Curbs, walks ,cc (water valve). All of these which are the responsibility of your builder to complete and then submit for approval to Delta and/or Windward not sure, as the home owner you are left out of this step. If your builder has not completed all of these items correctly , or even completed it but didn't get approval from Windward. Delta Square (D Hoffman) will use this to steal/keep your deposit. They state they require an "unconditional" final inspection report from Windward Landtec Inc. Again the required items above and beyond your landscaping are many, and left up to the builder to complete and gain prior approval. If this is not done Delta Square uses this to keep your money. Corrupt, unprofessional and slimy!!!!! Lets get together Cameron Heights and jointly sue this very little man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a loyal tenant for 5+ years, always pay rent on time, keep our office well maintained etc. But this company never wants to work with us on anything. The staff is rude, the owner is "too good" to be bothered to even entertain a conversation with a loyal client. Due to the current COVID situation and a loss of revenue we asked if we could sublease offices since we have so much extra space. They told us to "not waste our time" in sending the request because it won't be approved. We went back and explained why we wanted to sublease and the owner still won't approve it. Wow. Can't wait for our lease to be up, never will I work with this company again. And we referred so many of our clients to them as well. Wish I could retract those referrals. I think the poor reviews say it all: stay away from this company!!
