★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't do anything for the building that they take care of lot of pictures to back it up then they tell you that they are out of money for that building that's why stuff don't get done you can never get a hold of anyone i ask to have my name removed from the buzz its been 7 months and I still get calls to buzz people in something needs to be done and no number of head offices ben need to get him s@@@ together do what he gets paid for

I get you can delete my posts and block me on the Condogenie website (strike 1), but you keep digging this hole you've made for yourself deeper and deeper.
You messed up and handed out notices that are not legal (no signature and span multiple dates/times) and we're fully aware that you did so (strike 2). Now you're trying to sweep a cockroach infestation in multiple buildings (Ridgewood gardens) under the rug because "it is very bad if people try to sell and there is a rant about roaches". My "rant" was completely respectful and within forum guidelines. (strike 3)
All I wanted was some information on how to prepare for the exterminators, and even that, you passed off the liability to the pest control company. When I got the information from them and posted it so that other tenants would know, you said my information wasn't accurate.
Well, you didn't give any information and you contest the information from the very company you hired, so what are we expected to do, I still don't know and I still don't have a legal notice.
Luckily I saved screenshots of our entire discussion before all my posts and account was deleted on Condogenie
