Very nice and helpful lady. We previously went to popular recommendation and they were all about the sales with no knowledge. CPAP Solutions knew their products very well and more concerned about you making the correct/comfortable purchase.

I was recently in Edmonton to visit my mom. My CPAP machine broke enroute. CPAP Solutions was able to sell me the part I needed to once again sleep comfortably and soundly. Coming from the States, I was concerned that their prices would be astronomical, but they were very reasonable. Thanks for helping me out.

My CPAP machine shut down on me as I was going to sleep Friday night. I woke up Saturday morning with an extremely sore throat making it hard to swallow from snoring all night. Not being able to find anyone open to deal with getting a new CPAP on sat especially going through insurance. Called CPAP Solutions Inc by chance they were closed. They had seen the number on the call display and called back a little while laterI was getting a new CPAP machine so I could sleep again. They went above and beyond on a day off . Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had been quoted $2000 for a new CPAP machine plus mask, equipment, and ongoing monitoring from another company in Edmonton; however, they didn't explain much and what they did say was vague. I called CPAP Solutions to ask them what they would offer for the same, fully expecting them to go "oh, we could beat that for sure!" To my surprise, Marc was like "they're actually offering you a very fair price" which actually made me increase my trust in them and switch to them. When I went in for my consultation, the nurse Emily and Marc (the owner) explained any question I had as fully and deeply as I needed, and let me choose the machine and mask that worked best for me. No sales pressure whatsoever, they very clearly know what they're talking about, and they obviously wanted you to be satisfied and confident with your CPAP setup. The first mask they suggested fit really well, and they let me test the machine first (which I was happy with) and he even matched the price the other organization had offered even though it was less than they usually sell them for (to the comments that say "it's more expensive than Amazon", realize when you're buying that, while you can buy machines and equipment online for cheaper, you're also paying them for ongoing consultation and monitoring - which is honestly priceless if you don't know what you're doing, given that sleep apnea is a medical condition). Almost one year on now, I've had no problems, and while they monitor and call you more often in the first couple months as you're learning to use it, after that, they only check in with you at major milestones; otherwise you just need to keep your mask and hose clean. Couldn't be happier; they treat you as a friend rather than just a customer.

This place is fantastic. I talked to Mark (the owner) on the phone and it was close to the end of the day. He welcomed me and got me the new mask and hose and even stayed after hours helping me. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You won’t regret coming here.

Emily provided a lot of useful information as to the options they offer and the different machines. Both ladies provided information as to operation and setup, and Emily has been diligent in follow-up calls to assure me the nightly readings are all good and that there are no negative indicators. I would highly suggest CPAP SOLUTIONS if you require a CPAP machine or any sort of artificial sleep aids.

i bought a cpap machine from them (for a great price), after a few months it started making a weird noise. i contacted them for assistance. They were very helpful. I sent them the machine and 2 weeks later I received a new one from them. Very easy process with great customer service.

I went to CPAP Solutions to get a sleep study done and find out if I had sleep apnea. I was fearful I'd be pushed into a CPAP machine even if I didn't need one but I was surprised after having the study done and was told I didn't need a machine. The whole process was excellent from the prep for the test to discussing the results. I'd highly recommend CPAP Solutions if you suspect you might have sleep apnea.
