Shawna is always there when I need her and an amazing rep!! Whenever I call in the girls are always so friendly and answer my questions quickly and accurately. Even when I make a mistake on an order they are so easy to deal with returns. When we had a new Clinic manager I had the task of looking into other distributors. By far Canada medical was the best in price knowledge expertise and customer service. So happy to be working with them again at my new Clinic!

Of particular mention is Newman who is such an exceptional Rep - always going over and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. He is always available at the slightest call, or email message (even after hours) to respond to inquiries, or source a product, or make recommendations to suit our needs.
