R	Reliable Remote Starters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nick and his staff are awesome. I work along side the installers sometimes and they are always fun to be around. From the advisors to management, everyone has been very helpful. Go see Nick and his staff, they can help you find any accessory that you need. And if you own a massive company, call them up for fleet services. There are always a massive amount of fleet trucks sitting around their shop waiting to be built. Busy shop. Well worth the phone call.

We are originally from the Maritimes and Action is a name we are familiar with so we decided to go there to purchase a cap for our new truck. We went in so we could see what was available, get some questioned answered about various options, etc. The lady at the Customer Service desk could barely be bothered to look up - she simply wrote down the ARE website address and said "Go get a quote on this website". When I tried to ask any further questions, she said "they can answer your questions when they contact you with a quote". Pretty disappointing! So home went (nearly an hour drive that we made to go in to Action in person!) and I completed the form on the ARE website for a quote but without any real idea of which cap to choose as no one to answer any questions. Got back a quote the next day with basically no information except the price. I emailed back with some additional questions and here we are, a week later and no response. Subequently, I called Canopy West in Edmonton who was happy to provide a TON of information over the phone including a price. We went in to see them a couple of days later and they were so helpful and eager to give us information. We chose a cap, put down a 50% deposit and will be going back for the install next week once the cap is painted. Wonderful service at Canopy West. Too bad I can't say the same about Action. So disappointing in a company that has a good reputation back in the Maritimes!

Shane was so helpful and friendly & went above and beyond to fix my remote starter issue that Action Grande Prairie botched at installing - which they refused to fix even though it was still under warranty. So, I decided to reach out to Action Edmonton, and they got my car in within that week and fixed the problem even though by that time my warranty had already ended. Overall, very happy with the friendliness of the staff as well!
